Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy

At Hexagon Psychology, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and clinicians. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policy applies:

Cancellations

1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment:

  • No cancellation fee will be charged.

2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment:

  • A fee equivalent to the full session rate will be charged.

No-Shows

Failure to Attend Without Notice

  • A fee equivalent to the full session rate will be charged.

Late Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling Made More Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment:

  • No fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling Made Within 24 Hours Before Your Appointment:

  • A fee equivalent to the full session rate will be charged.

 

Exceptions to this policy may include:

  • Illness with the option to move an in-person appointment online.
  • Emergency situations, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
