Jessica is a Registered Psychologist who obtained her Masters in Psychology from Walden University as well as a Bachelor’s in Developmental Art and one in Education from the University of Calgary. She finished a residency program which allowed her to work with diverse populations using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS and EFT by working with couples, families, groups, and individuals and children of various ages.

Jessica has experience in Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders, anger management, burnout, learning difficulties, Dyslexia, anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, life-cycle changes, career/goal planning, and boundary work to name a few.

Jessica is a lifelong learner and enjoys engaging in research and continued education. She takes long walks with her dogs, spends time with her family, and loves reading and writing. She has self-published 3 books so far.
