Hoda Samadi
Hoda Samadi is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and obtained his MSc. in Clinical Psychology (with a concentration in Child Clinical Psychology) from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, Florida. He has devoted much of his life to examining psychological and human phenomena that help guide others on their journey to achieving their fullest potential and self-development. He is concerned for the mental well-being and welfare of others by promoting psychoeducation and exploring a full range of factors that contribute to an individual’s success in overcoming their life’s limitations and challenges.
Hoda ensures that each case is individually tailored to meet his client’s unique needs through evidence-based practices and to ascribe to the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model. Hoda has a clinical background training from Carlos Albizu University Goodman Centre and Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facilities in Miami and in private practices with Psychology & Beyond in Miami and Aspirations Inc. in Alberta, completing comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and individual psychotherapy. He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and the geriatric population.
Born in Canada, Hoda returned to his hometown in Vancouver, B.C., to practice as a Canadian psychologist. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two younger brothers, reading thick novels, finding healing in music, weight training, meditating, and tutoring kids.
